In this course of sessions, we will uncover what has been causing the anxiety and learn to see things in a new light. What's causing these fears or worries? Are there any underlying issues, anything that triggers these feelings of anxiety?
I can provide you with a range of tools and techniques to deal with things from day to day until you get to a point where your perceived level of anxiety is much more manageable or reduced. In addition, I will offer a range of helpful strategies to manage your fear from what-ifs to what is.
We explore the unhelpful thinking patterns that you might be having. Help you unlearn unhealthy thinking patterns and replace them with new ways of thinking to find true joy, peace, and happiness. In addition, I can help you to work through your experiences and learn coping skills when things get tough that work best for you.
